I commenced work in the Veterinary Profession in 1993 as a receptionist and started training as a VN in 1995. I undertook my first Practice Management assignment in 1998. Since then, I have worked in that capacity for both large, corporate groups and smaller local practices.
My style of Practice Management is based on the notion that clients, invariably, have a choice of provider. This, together with the fact that clients make pay-days possible, should be first and foremost on the minds of all practice employees. This is best realised when staff are appropriately trained and motivated.
