EVER WISHED YOU COULD EMPLOY 1/2 MEMBER OF STAFF?
It's the age-old problem. Not enough hours in the day, but you're not struggling quite enough to justify the cost of an extra member of staff. So you finish your ten-hour shift and start on the paperwork. Imagine if it were possible to employ half a person. Then imagine that this "half a person" had a skill set so diverse that you could allocate any task to them knowing that they would represent your practice perfectly.
Imagine that you could hand over time-consuming tasks, no matter how smalll, never having to worry about whether the job is being dealt with thoroughly enough.
Too good to be true?
Vet-Assist - WELCOME TO OUR WORLD.
Vet-Assist exists to provide top-level Practice Management services at a realistic cost, to smaller Veterinary Practices where either, a full time post is not viable or short term cover is required.
Vet-Assist is different to almost all other organisations which provide assistance to your Practice. Vet-Assist is not a management consultancy. We offer real, hands-on, practice management, on a ‘when needed’ basis. We will provide the services of a competent, experienced practice manager, by the half-day, full-day or on a weekly basis who will carry out a wide range of management functions, allowing you to do what you do best – practice veterinary medicine.
For the period of time that we are with you, we will endeavour to integrate seamlessly into your practice and become a member of your staff, rather than a member of Vet-Assist. It is our intention, wherever possible, to make our presence within your practice, largely self-financing. This can be achieved by effecting improvements in customer satisfaction and consequent loyalty, running-costs, cash-flow through debt management and by releasing you, the practice owner from these tasks.
Without the right people - both clients and employees - operating a first-rate practice would not be possible. And profits not only reward the individuals who build these practices, but provide the means to continually improve both medical and client service. |
